Its skin is shiny and smooth and in 90 to 100% its blush is very intensive and great, what makes it very attractive for a potential buyer. Jonaprince has more sugar and higher hardness than other Jonagold clones and high anthocyanin content. Its flesh is very crispy and juicy.
